Protect your order for $3. If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is stolen after it's marked as delivered, we'll send you a new costume or give you a full refund. You choose.

How to claim: email us at petoweeen@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date, if your package never arrived) with your order number. If it arrived damaged, please add a photo.

Without protection, we still take care of orders that are lost or damaged in transit. Shipping Protection adds cover for packages that are stolen or go missing after they're marked as delivered.

Comfort & safety tips

Start short: let your pet wear it for a few minutes at a time before the big night.

Stay close: keep an eye on your pet while the costume is on. If they seem stressed or start chewing it, take it off.

Their comfort first: if your pet isn't relaxed, it's not the photo.

Why pets (and their humans) love it

A tiny headless rider takes your pet for a ride. You get the photo of the year.

Your pet becomes the horse

The rider sits on a padded damask saddle on your pet's back. Nothing goes over the head or ears.

The lantern lights up

The jack-o'-lantern glows and sways with every step, so the costume moves when your pet does.
